Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions
This policy sets out how personal data of visitors to shubovich.ru is processed and protected, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.

2. Data processed
Through the callback form the Controller receives: name, company name (optional), phone number and the selected product. The IP address, the date and time of submission and the page address are also recorded technically.
The Controller does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes
Personal data is processed solely to contact the visitor at their request: to call back, clarify the task and prepare a proposal. The IP address is used to protect the form from automated and abusive submissions.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form.
5. Processing and retention
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, use and deletion of personal data by automated means. The request is stored on the Controller's server and sent to the Controller by email.
The Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties for their own purposes and does not use it for mailings.
Personal data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than one year after the request, or until consent is withdrawn, and is then deleted.
6. Data protection
The Controller takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction, including transmission over a secure connection and restricted access.
7. Rights of the data subject
Visitors may request information about the processing of their personal data, demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to info@shubovich.ru.
8. Changes
The Controller may amend this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
